AIRSPACE DELEGATION a. Airspace will be delegated as listed below in the appropriate Annexes. b. Wilmington is a TRSA, all aircraft must be in contact with ATC in this facinity. Wilmington ATCT owns airspace SFC-100 as designated in the appropriate Annex below.
AIRSPACE DELEGATION a. The airspace at and below 6,000’ is delegated to Boston Center as shown below: (1) Boston Center shall request an approval (APREQ) for all IFR approaches and departures from Cornwall airport (CYCC). b. The sector known as Sept-Isle (ZV), as shown below, is operated by: (1) Montreal, at or below FL280 (Hauterive sector). (2) Moncton/Gander above FL280, while staffed. (3) Montreal Center above FL280, while Moncton/Gander is offline. c. If Montreal will not operate/control the Sept-Isle sector at FL290 or above while Moncton Centre is offline, Montreal shall coordinate accordingly with BVA. d. The sector known as Concordia (CN) (excluding airspace within CYTR MTCA), as shown below and in attachment 2, is operated by: (1) Toronto Centre, from surface to FL230. (2) Montreal Centre, from surface to FL230, while Toronto Centre is offline. e. The CARTR arrival corridor, as shown in attachment 3, is delegated to Montreal Terminal between 8,000’ and 10,000’. Montreal Terminal must keep 1.5 NM of separation from the arrival corridor boundary.
AIRSPACE DELEGATION. The ATL ATCT is delegated that airspace from the surface up to and including 4,000 feet MSL, underlying the A80 Satellite Corridor Airspace, excluding the airspace delegated to A80 Satellite as depicted in ATL ATCT Standard Operating Procedures.
AIRSPACE DELEGATION. Concurrent with the realignment of the boundary between the Singapore FIR and the Jakarta FIR and subject to teh existing procedures established in the Tanjung Pinang Control Area (zone), the Government of the Republic of Indonesia will delegate to Singapore an airspace of 90nm from XXXXXX (01 13'24"N 103 51'24"E) and up to 37,000 ft within the realigned Jakarta FIR and south of Singapore, designated as Sector A, (as detailed in Map 2), for the provision of air traffic services. In the event that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia implements the revision of its archipelagic boundaries in conformity with the provosions of UNCLOS, and as a result any part of its revised archhipelagic and territorial water boundaries falls within Sector B (as detailed in Map 2), the Government of the Republic of Singapore will align its FIR boundary to take into account that part of Indonesia's revised archipelagic and territorial water boundaries drawn in conformity with UNCLOS and falling within Sector B. The Republic of Indonesia will then delegate the area affected by the realignment, from sea level to unlimited height, to the Republic of Singapore. The northern boundary of Sector B (05 00'N 108 15'E, 05 00'N 108 00'E, 03 30'N 105 30'E, 01 29'21"N 104 34'41"E) accords with the FIR boundary realignment proposal submitted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in its Working Paper 55 presented to the Third Asia-Pacific Regional Air Navigation Meeting in April 1993.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan The Owner has adopted Exhibit H, Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Business ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted with Contractor's Proposal and attached as Exhibit I. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.

  • Assignment; Delegation The Contract shall be binding upon and ensure to the benefit of the City and the Contractor and their respective successors and assigns, provided however, that no right or interest in the Contract shall be assigned and no obligation shall be delegated by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the City. Any attempted assignment or delegation by the Contractor shall be void unless made in conformity with this paragraph. The Contract is not intended to confer rights or benefits on any person, firm or entity not a party hereto; it being the intention of the parties that there are no third party beneficiaries to the Contract.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors. 6.2 The Grantee agrees to make available to the Commonwealth the details of any of its subcontractors engaged to perform any tasks in relation to this Agreement upon request.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Work Load The professional obligation of academic employees comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. The Guild and the District recognize that it is part of the professional responsibility of faculty to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. As part of this responsibility faculty are expected to play an important role in the recruitment and retention of students, campus and departmental governance, program review, accreditation, planning and mentoring. Faculty commitment to retention will be demonstrated by informing students that they are to talk with the instructor prior to dropping the course. Faculty are encouraged to include a statement to this effect in their course syllabi. While it is understood that course syllabi content falls within the purview of the individual faculty member’s academic freedom, the parties also understand that items required to be part of syllabi in order to maintain college or continuing education accreditation must also be included. Tenured/tenure-track faculty who have less than a full-time contract are not eligible to work any additional assignments including long-term substitution (day-to-day substitution is allowed provided the limits specified in Section 5.2.1.3 are not exceeded). Faculty assignments shall be made in the following priority order: Tenured/tenure-track, pro- rata, overload, Priority of Assignment (POA) adjunct faculty assignments, then non-POA adjunct faculty.

  • Delegation (a) The Administrator, upon prior notice to the Trust and in compliance with applicable law, may delegate any of the Services, or adjust any prior delegation, to any other person or persons that the Administrator controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, or to specified employees of any such persons, to the extent permitted by applicable law. (b) Subject to prior approval of a majority of the members of a Fund’s Board of Trustees, including a majority of the Trustees who are not “interested persons,” and, to the extent required by applicable law, by the shareholders of a Fund, the Administrator, upon prior consent of the Trust and in compliance with applicable law, may delegate or outsource any of the Services, or adjust any prior delegation or outsourcing, to any other person or persons unaffiliated with the Administrator or to specified employees of any such persons, to the extent permitted by applicable law.   • Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.

  • No Delegation The Asset Representations Reviewer may not delegate or subcontract its obligations under this Agreement to any Person without the consent of the Issuer, the Sponsor and the Servicer.

The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
