Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth may place alarms in the Remote Site Location for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. WebShoppe shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of alarms used to service WebShoppe’s Remote Collocation Space and for ordering the necessary services therefor. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified hazardous conditions known to that Party.
Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Central Office for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. Interconnector shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service the Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide Interconnector with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by Interconnector.

Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

ALCALL shall be responsible for the placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service ALCALL’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide ALCALL with an applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by ALCALL. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

TelCove shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service TelCove’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide TelCove with an applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by TelCove. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition (e.g., temperature extremes or excess humidity) known to that Party.

MTS Communications shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service MTS Communications’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide MTS Communications with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by MTS Communications. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental hazard known to that Party.
