Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Premises for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. WebShoppe shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service WebShoppe’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide WebShoppe with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by WebShoppe. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service ALEC Inc.,’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide ALEC Inc., with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by ALEC Inc.,. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

CLEC-1 shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service CLEC-1’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide CLEC-1 with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by CLEC-1. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.
Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Central Office for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. Interconnector shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service the Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide Interconnector with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by Interconnector.
Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth may place alarms in the Remote Site Location for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of alarms used to service ALEC Inc.,’s Remote Collocation Space and for ordering the necessary services therefor. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified hazardous conditions known to that Party.
Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Premises for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. TelCove shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service TelCove’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide TelCove with an applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by TelCove. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition (e.g., temperature extremes or excess humidity) known to that Party.
Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Central Office for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. COMPASS shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service COMPASS’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide COMPASS with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by COMPASS. Both parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental hazard known to that party. The parties agree to utilize and adhere to the Environmental Hazard Guidelines identified as Exhibit B attached hereto.

Upon request, BellSouth will provide DSLi with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by DSLi. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental condition known to that Party.

Satcom shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service the Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide Satcom with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by Satcom.

NOS Communications, Inc. shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service NOS Communications, Inc.’s Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide NOS Communications, Inc. with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by NOS Communications, Inc.. Both Parties shall use best efforts to notify the other of any verified environmental hazard known to that Party.
