CONTRACTOR shall have a written policy and procedure statement regarding drug 15 screening that includes random drug and/or alcohol screen at a minimum of one (1) time per month for 16 the first thirty (30) calendar days and two (2) times per month for the remaining term of the agreement 17 for all Clients. All urine specimen collections shall be observed by same-sex staff. This policy shall be 18 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. A Client shall not be denied admittance to treatment for a positive 19 alcohol and/or drug screen at admission if they meet all other criteria for admission. CONTRACTOR 20 shall:
