CONTRACTOR shall have a written policy and procedure statement regarding drug 25 screening that includes random drug and/or alcohol screening at a minimum of one (1) time per month 26 for the first thirty (30) calendar days and two (2) times per month for the remaining term of the 27 agreement for all Clients. All urine specimen collections shall be observed by same sex staff. This 28 policy shall be approved by ADMINISTRATOR. A Client shall not be denied admittance to treatment 29 for a positive alcohol and/or drug screen at admission if they meet all other criteria for admission. 30 CONTRACTOR shall:
