Customer’s applicable support program(s) will be set forth in the Order Form. Alfresco Support Services may be used only for Customer’s internal purposes. Use of Alfresco support on behalf of a third party that is not a party to the Agreement, for any licensed versions and/or Community Versions, is a material breach of the Agreement.
