All CAP Committee Progress Reports (as per 28. 16.6) and CAP Committee Continuing Appointment and Promotion Reports (as per 28.16.7) will be retained in the Official File of the Member until such time that Continuing Appointment and Promotion to Associate Librarian has been granted or the appointment of the Member has been terminated, and all applicable appeals, arbitrations, and remedies have been concluded, at which time they shall be removed from the Assessment File and the Official File.
