All employees of the City Light Department Sample Clauses

All employees of the City Light Department. Skagit Project who were hired after January 1, 1973 and who currently reside in city-owned housing on the project will continue to abide by the terms of their respective monthly rental agreements. All future new hires who can be offered and who elect to live in city-owned housing on the project will be subject to these same terms.
