All Other Positions Sample Clauses
The "All Other Positions" clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to employees or roles not specifically addressed elsewhere in the agreement. Typically, this clause serves as a catch-all provision, ensuring that any positions not explicitly named are still governed by the general policies, compensation structures, or employment terms set forth in the contract. By including this clause, the agreement avoids gaps in coverage and ensures that all employees, regardless of title or function, are subject to consistent rules and expectations, thereby promoting fairness and reducing ambiguity.
