Common use of All Other Staff Clause in Contracts

All Other Staff. a. A work week shall consist of forty (40) hours. Each day shall be eight (8) continuous hours except for time allowed for meal breaks and except as elsewhere modified in this article. b. Day shifts shall be eight (8) hours of work exclusive of meal breaks, scheduled between 6:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive. c. Afternoon shifts shall be eight (8) hours of work inclusive of one-half (½) hour for meal breaks, scheduled between 2:00 pm and 1:00 am, Monday to Friday inclusive.
