Common use of All time limits referred to in Articles Clause in Contracts

All time limits referred to in Articles. 8 and 9 shall be calculated on the basis of calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All time limits are mandatory and failure to comply with a time limit shall result in the grievance or arbitration being deemed to be abandoned subject to the provision of the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
