Allocation of Authority. The Employer shall control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan. The Employer shall have the exclusive right to interpret the Plan and to decide all matters arising thereunder, including the right to remedy possible ambiguities, inconsistencies or omissions. All determinations of the Employer with respect to any matter hereunder shall be conclusive and binding on all persons. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Employer shall have the following powers and duties:
