Allocation of Casual Hours. (a) If the Employer requires hours to be worked in addition to the scheduled hours worked by regular full-time and regular part-time employees, the Employer will allocate such additional work to employees on a Team's Casual Hours List. Each Team's Casual Hours List shall include the names of casual employees, and regular part-time employees who have notified the Employer of their desire to work additional hours, and whose names have not been removed from the list under this clause. Additional hours shall be allocated to employees on the Team Casual List in order of seniority providing: (1) the employee is qualified and has the skills to perform the work; (2) the employee has submitted their availability; (3) the employee accepts all of the extra hours connected to an assignment.
