Allocation of CDBG funds. All funds received by County pursuant to this Cooperation Agreement shall be identified and allocated, as described below, to the specific projects or activities set out in the application, and such allocated amounts shall be expended exclusively for such projects or activities; provided, however, that a different distribution may be made when required by HUD to comply with Title I of the Act, as amended.
