Common use of Allocation of credits Clause in Contracts

Allocation of credits. ‌ 1. The student will be deemed to have passed the module and the relevant credits will be allocated if the student has obtained a passing mark for the interim examination. Credits will not be awarded for passing partial examinations. 2. Where a student is granted an exemption for a particular module, she will be deemed to have passed that particular module and the corresponding credits will be allocated. 3. The date of the interim examination or the last partial examination that resulted in successful completion of the module will be treated as the date on which the credits were obtained. For exemptions applies the date the exemption was granted.
