Common use of Allowable Costs and Usage Clause in Contracts

Allowable Costs and Usage. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 monthly in arrears, in accordance with the compensation structure outlined in 28 Paragraph 3 of Exhibit B, and Paragraph 2 of Exhibit C, of this Agreement for 1 each referral subject to any exclusions or limitations specified in each 3 this Agreement. CONTRACTOR agrees to supply the services at the unit price 4 referenced above, regardless of the number of referrals from COUNTY.

During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 monthly in arrears, in accordance with the compensation structure outlined in 28 Paragraph 3 of Exhibit B, B and Paragraph 2 of Exhibit C, of this Agreement for 1 each referral subject to any exclusions or limitations limitation specified in each 3 Exhibit. No guarantee is given by COUNTY to CONTRACTOR regarding usage of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR agrees to supply the services at the unit price 4 referenced listed above, regardless of the number of referrals from COUNTY.

During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 18 monthly in arrears, for the provision of services described in accordance with the compensation structure outlined in 28 Paragraph 3 of 19 Exhibit BA to this Agreement, and at the rate stated in Paragraph 2 8 of Exhibit C, of this Agreement for 1 each referral subject A to any exclusions or limitations specified in each 3 20 this Agreement. County does not guarantee CONTRACTOR agrees to supply the services at the unit price 4 referenced above, regardless of the any minimum number of 21 referrals from COUNTYor minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreement.
