Common use of Allowable Costs and Usage Clause in Contracts

Allowable Costs and Usage. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 monthly in arrears, for the provision of services described in Paragraph 3 of 28 Exhibit A to this Agreement, at the rate stated in Paragraph 8 of Exhibit A to 1 this Agreement. COUNTY does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any minimum number of 2 referrals or minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreement.

During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 18 monthly in arrears, for the provision of services described in Paragraph 3 of 28 19 Exhibit A to this Agreement, at the rate stated in Paragraph 8 of Exhibit A to 1 20 this Agreement. COUNTY County does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any minimum number of 2 21 referrals or minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreement.

No guarantee is given by COUNTY to CONTRACTOR regarding usage of services described in Paragraph 3 of 28 Exhibit A to this Agreement, at the rate stated in Paragraph 8 of Exhibit A to 1 13 this Agreement. COUNTY does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any minimum agrees to supply the services regardless of the 14 number of 2 referrals or minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreementfrom COUNTY.
