Common use of Allowable Costs Clause in Contracts

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 25 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 26 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 27 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 28 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 1 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 2 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 3 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 25 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 26 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 20 27 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 1 2018, June 2019, and June 20152010, during the month of such anticipated 2 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 21 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 22 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 23 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 24 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 25 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 26 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 27 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 2 CFR, Part 230 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 1 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 2 pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 3 CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 2015 2018, June 2016 2019, and June 20152017 2010, during the 4 month of such anticipated expenditure. 5 20.4 Claims: 20.4.1

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 4 months of May 22 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 5 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 21 and June 20152012, 2013, 20142015, during the month of such anticipated 22 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 15 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 16 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 17 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 18 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 201519 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 3 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 4 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 5 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 6 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 7 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 20158 2014, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 4 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 5 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 6 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 7 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 20158 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 20 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 201520 2018, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 11 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 12 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 48 CFR 31.2 or as approved by 20 13 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 20122015, June 20132016, and June 20142017, 14 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015, 15 during the month months of such anticipated expenditure.such

Allowable Costs. 17 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 3 2013, June 2014, and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated 4 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 8 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 9 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 10 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 11 200, or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole 12 discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be 13 incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 20162019, June 20172020 and June 201520182021, 14 during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 15 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 20 and June 2012, 2013, 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 21 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 19 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 24 and June 2012, 2013, and 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 7 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 8 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 9 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 10 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 11 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 12 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 13 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 9 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 10 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved 11 by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 12 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 13 2019, 2020, and June 20152021 of the applicable contract year, during the month of such 14 anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 20 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 21 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 22 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 20 23 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 24 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 25 2012 and June 20152013, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 20 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 20153 of the applicable contract year, during the month of such anticipated 4 expenditure.. Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or A-87 as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred or may by [2 CFR, Part 230] CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015of each County fiscal year covered by this Agreement, July 1 through June 30, the applicable contract year, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 1 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 2 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 3 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 4 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 5 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 6 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR monthly 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 19 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 2 CFR, Part 225200, or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 2016 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 4 2014 and June 201520172015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 10 20.2.1 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay 11 CONTRACTOR 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by 12 CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as 13 approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 14 CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.CONTRACTOR

Allowable Costs. 17 12 During the term of this ofthis Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 13 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will 16 be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 2021, June 2022, and June 20152023, during the month of 17 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 19 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 20 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 21 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 22 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 23 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 24 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 2 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 3 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 4 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 5 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 6 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 7 2014, June 2015 and June 20152016, during the month of such anticipated 8 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 24 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 25 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 26 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 20 27 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 20151 2017, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 20 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 21 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 22 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, 23 COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will 24 be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 20152021, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 24 2016, June 2017 and June 20152018, during the month of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 15 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 20 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 201520 2018, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 16 CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR 17 for May 22 and June 20152015 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 9 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 10 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 11 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 12 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 13 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 14 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 15 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 27 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 4 2015, June 2016 and June 20152017, during the month of such anticipated 5 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 12 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 13 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 20 14 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 15 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 201516 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 22 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 23 and June 2012, 2013, and 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 24 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 4 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 5 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 6 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 7 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 8 pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 9 CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 2014, June 2015, and June 20152016 2017, during the month of 10 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 48 CFR 31.2 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May June 22 and June 2015, 2015 during the month months of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 21 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 22 pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 22 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.2017

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 1 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 2 months of May 22 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 3 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 20 or as approved by 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 21 pay CONTRACTOR 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 22 CONTRACTOR for May 22 June 2017, 2014, June 2015 and June 20152016, during the month of 23 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 27 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 28 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 21 for 2 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 22 and 3 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 4 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 19 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 18 monthly 20 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 19 pursuant to this 21 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 20 22 ADMINISTRATOR.
