Allowable Payroll Expenses. Allowable payroll expenses for labor provided under Section 7.7.2.2 including payroll taxes as well as other benefits that are required by Applicable Law, such as federal and state Unemployment and Workers’ Compensation shall each be a separate line item and shall not be credited for compliance with ORC Chapter 4115.
