ALLOWANCE FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK. 12.01 In any case where an employee reports for their regular scheduled shift and no work is provided, they will nevertheless receive two (2) hours pay for so reporting. 12.02 In any case where an employee has commenced their regular scheduled shift, they will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
