Common use of Allowance for Initial Aircraft Sale Only Clause in Contracts

Allowance for Initial Aircraft Sale Only. Any allowance described in this Letter Agreement No. 1 applies only to new A319 aircraft (together or individually the “Aircraft”) equipped with new CFM56-5B5/P engines (together or individually the “Engines”) purchased by Airline directly from the aircraft manufacturer.
