ALLOWANCES FOR TOOLS. The University shall supply all tools and equipment, tool boxes and lock-out locks required by employees in the performance of their duties. Replacement will be made by producing the worn or broken tools or proving that the tool was lost or stolen. Where an employee elects to use personal tools or equipment in the performance of their duties, the University shall bear no responsibility for damage or loss.
