Common use of ALT Chairperson Clause in Contracts

ALT Chairperson. (a) At the date of this Agreement, the chairperson of the ALT is the Representative identified in Schedule 6 (Alliance Leadership Team) as the Chairperson. (b) The Chairperson will convene the meetings under clause 2.5. (c) The ALT will appoint, in writing, another Representative as Chairperson or reappoint the existing Chairperson every six months and update Schedule 6 (Alliance Leadership Team) to include the details of any change in the Chairperson.
