Alliance Leadership Team. The Alliance Leadership Team ("ALT") has been established in accordance with clause 5 to administer this Agreement and provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Participants.

Alliance Leadership Team. 6.1.1 It will be a function of the Alliance Leadership Team (ALT) to oversee the overall accountability and governance framework for the Alliance. It will be responsible for implementing a system that ensures the appropriate and proportionate checks and balances are in place to deliver all of the services within the scope of this specification. 6.1.2 We require the Alliance to:  Develop new measures and approaches to learning, understanding and communicating the emerging outcomes from its approach.  Produce specific understandings about what has worked and not worked in the Alliance and why, and use this information to inform ongoing innovation and effective delivery of services to support people (Produce means information and learning (verbal and written) that can be shared with others. The production of such learning should happen on a minimum of a quarterly basis).  Maintain a collective and evolving understanding of what really matters across the communities and networks, enabling interdependencies and system dynamics to be discussed and translated into shared action for improvement. 6.1.3 The Alliance will be required to provide relevant performance, activity and financial information to support the Council’s planning and financial responsibilities. For example, to support the annual budget setting process. Alliance Leadership Team. B4.1 The Alliance Leadership Team is the group accountable for directing and leading the alliance for support services for drug & alcohol treatment, domestic abuse and the homeless hostel in Torbay and the initial Alliance Leadership Team as at the date of this Agreement shall be those individuals identified in Schedule 6 (Governance Roles).

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
