Alteration of Delivery Date. In the event of reference to arbitration of any dispute arising out of matters occurring prior to delivery of the VESSEL, the award may include any postponement of the DELIVERY DATE which the Arbitrator or the Arbitration Board may deem appropriate. To the maximum extent possible and provided the arbitration proceedings or the subject matter of the dispute do not affect the construction of the VESSEL, work under this CONTRACT shall continue during the arbitration of any dispute.
