Alteration of Delivery Date. In the event of reference to arbitration of any dispute arising out of matters occurring prior to delivery of the VESSEL, the award may include any postponement of the DELIVERY DATE which the ARBITRATION BOARD may deem appropriate and/or a determination by the ARBITRATION BOARD as to whether a delay is classified as permissible or non-permissible for the purpose of Article VIII hereof and/or Article V hereof.
