Alteration of Delivery Date. In the event that any dispute or difference is referred either to arbitration or to an expert, the arbitration tribunal or expert, as the case may be, shall, where the dispute requires, include a finding as to whether or not the Delivery Date of the VESSEL should, as a result of such dispute, be in any way altered thereby.
