Alterations to Property. Company hereby agrees that (with Xxxxxxx’s permission) if it becomes necessary to change, alter, or rearrange any equipment on the Property belonging to Grantor, or the appearance of the Property belonging to the Grantor, Company shall return and restore said equipment to its original place and condition, or repair it, if necessary, and, if applicable, restore the appearance of the Property to its original condition.
