CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. The Landlord reserves and may exercise the following rights without affecting Tenant's obligations hereunder:
A. to change the name or street address of the Building;
B. to install and maintain a sign or signs on the exterior of the Building;
C. to have access for the Landlord and the other tenants of the Building to any mail chutes located on the Leased Premises according to the rules of the United States Post Office;
D. to designate all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, drinking water, towels, coffee cart service and toilet supplies, lamps and bulbs used on the Leased Premises;
E. to retain at all times pass keys to the Leased Premises;
F. to grant to anyone the exclusive right to conduct any particular business or undertaking in the Building;
G. to close the Building after regular working hours and on the legal holidays subject, however, to Tenant's right to admittance, under such reasonable regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time, which may include by way of example but not of limitation, that persons entering or leaving the Building identify themselves to a watchman by registration or otherwise and that said persons establish their right to enter or leave the Building;
H. to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions and improvements to the Leased Premises or to the Building, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Leased Premises or the Building or the Landlord's interests, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation of the Building; and
I. to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading and other improvements in or to the Development. The Landlord may enter upon the Leased Premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of the Tenant's obligations hereunder.
CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. The Landlord reserves the following rights:
(a) To name the Building and to change the name or street address of the Building.
(b) To install and maintain a sign or signs on the exterior or interior of the Building.
(c) To designate, limit, restrict or prohibit all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, drinking water, towels, toilet supplies, shoe shining, vending machines, mobile vending service, catering, and like services used on the Premises or in the Building.
(d) During the last ninety (90) days of the term, if during or prior to that time the Tenant vacates the Premises, to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the Premises for reoccupancy, without affecting Tenant’s obligation to pay rental for the Premises.
(e) To constantly have pass keys to the Premises.
(f) On reasonable prior notice to the Tenant, to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the term, and to any prospective purchaser, mortgagee, or assignee of any mortgage on the Property and to others having a legitimate interest at any time during the term.
(g) At any time in the event of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, additions and improvements to the Premises or to the Building, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Premises or the Building or the Landlord’s interests, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation or improvement of the Building or in order to comply with all laws, orders and requirements of governmental or other authority.
(h) To install vending machines of all kinds in the Premises, and to provide mobile vending service therefore, and to receive all of the revenue derived therefrom, provided, however, that no vending machines shall be installed by Landlord in the Premises nor shall any mobile vending service be provided therefore, unless Tenant so requests.
CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. Landlord waives no rights except those that may be specifically waived in this Lease, and explicitly retains all other rights including, without limitation, the following rights, the exercise of which shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction or disturbance of Tenant's use or possession of the Premises and shall not give rise to any claim for set-off or abatement of Rent or any other claim:

g. The Landlord may enter upon the Premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant’s obligations hereunder.

Landlord may enter upon the Premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of Tenant's obligations hereunder.

(3) to have access for the Landlord and the other tenants of the Building to any mail chutes located on the leased premises according to the rules of the United States Post Office;
CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. The Landlord reserves the following rights:
(a) To name the Project, to change the name and/or street address of the Project, to name the Building, and to change the name and street address of the Building at any time, without responsibility to Tenant for any advertising, billboards, printed materials or any other items of expense incurred by Tenant in regard to a prior Project name or a prior Building name or street address.
(b) To install and maintain a sign on the exterior and interior of the Project.
(c) To designate all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, drinking water, towels, toilet supplies, shoe shining, vending machines, mobile vending service, catering, and like services used on the Project or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the Premises.
(d) To constantly have pass keys to the Premises.
(e) During the last six (6) months of the Lease Term, to show the Premises to prospective tenants, and at any time to show the Premises to prospective purchasers of the Project and to prospective lenders; provided, however, Landlord will not unnecessarily interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
(f) During the last ninety (90) days of the Lease Term, if during or prior to that time the Tenant vacates the Premises, to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the Premises for reoccupancy, without affecting Tenant's obligation to pay Rent for the Premises.
CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. The Landlord reserves and may exercise the following rights without affecting Tenant's obligations hereunder:
A. to change the name or street address of the Building;
B. to install and maintain a sign or signs on the exterior of the Building;
C. to have access for the Landlord and the other tenants of the Building to any mail chutes located on the Demised Premises according to the rules of the United States Post Office;
D. to designate all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, drinking water, towels, coffee cart service and toilet supplies, lamps and bulbs used on the Demised Premises;
E. during the last six (6) months of the Lease Term or any part thereof, if during or prior to that time, the Tenant vacates the Demised Premises, to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise/prepare the Demised Premises for reoccupancy; F. to retain at all times pass keys to the Demised Premises; G. to grant to anyone the exclusive right to conduct any particular business or undertaking in the Building;
