Alternative Evaluation Format – Teaching and Certificated Support Staff. The Alternative Evaluation Format is available to certificated unit members who have completed at least three (3) years of successful permanent experience in the District immediately prior to this evaluation cycle (with the exception of 13.7.3). Once this option has been selected, the evaluatee shall develop his/her plans from the list of options.
