Consolidation of Grievances If the grievance involves a group of employees or if a number of employees file separate grievances on the same matter, the grievances shall, whenever possible, be handled as a single grievance.
Implementation of the Agreement Regulations of this Agreement relating to investments who investors of one Contracting Party realized before or after the entry into force of this Agreement, with what shall apply from the moment of its entry into force, provided that such investments conducted in accordance with the laws of that Party Contracting.

Dissolution and Winding Up of the Company Dissolution. CONSOLIDATION OF PROCEEDINGS a. It is understood that the County is entering into this type of agreement with exclusive representatives of other representation units of County employees. The County Executive or his/her designee shall be authorized to order the consolidation for purposes of hearing and decision of a complaint by the Association with one (1) or more complaints by exclusive representatives of other representation units, except as to unit representatives who file their complaints on dates which preclude the scheduling of the consolidated hearing.

Dissolution and Winding Up The Company shall dissolve and its business and affairs shall be wound up pursuant to a written instrument executed by the Member. In such event, after satisfying creditors, all remaining assets shall be distributed to the Member.
