Ambassador Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Plexus, you may return the product for a full refund upon notifying the Ambassador Relations Center within 60 days from the date of your purchase. An agent will assist you with the proper procedures in order to process your refund. Keep in mind that the return policy was created, in part, to allow Ambassadors to try Plexus products. Therefore, Ambassadors are limited to one refund request per product, except where a product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Any advancements in the Plexus Compensation Plan, bonuses or awards achieved as a result of these purchases will be reversed and the amount(s) deducted from the Ambassador’s refund.

  • GOODS FOR RETURN Goods shall only be returned to the Company with its prior written consent and within 14 days after delivery. The deduction of the representation fee shall be available only if the UNION establishes and maintains this review system. If dissatisfied with the UNION’s decision, the employee may appeal to a three-member board established by the Governor.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Staff-to-Youth Ratio Requirement For all group activities the AGENCY shall abide by the staff-to-youth ratio range that is between the ratio established by its written policy and procedures and the ratio stated in Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes. If the staff-to-youth ratio does not meet the minimum standard of care as stated in Section 402.305 (4), Florida Statutes, the AGENCY shall increase staff- to-youth ratios to meet these minimum standards. Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes, states the minimum staff-to-youth ratio for on-site group activities for children five (5) years of age or older there must be one (1) childcare personnel staff to every twenty-five (25) children; for field trips and other off-site activities, Chapter 65C-22.001, Florida Administrative Code, requires one (1) extra adult, in addition to the on-site requirement. This standard shall be required for all programming paid for with funds under this Contract. The AGENCY will ensure that the staffing pattern is adequate and is adjusted to meet programmatic needs. The AGENCY shall adjust its staffing ratio to meet any ratio update required by Florida Statutes that occurs during the Contract year.

  • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situations.

  • Annual Return A copy of the Annual Return form AR01 submitted to Companies House for Contractors registered in the UK. Where Contractors are not registered with Companies House, they must forward the information detailed in Annex 1.

  • XXXXXXXX FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRINCIPLES In accordance with the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles (Chapter 807 of the Laws of 1992), the Contractor hereby stipulates that the Contractor either (a) has no business operations in Northern Ireland, or (b) shall take lawful steps in good faith to conduct any business operations in Northern Ireland in accordance with the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles (as described in Section 165 of the New York State Finance Law), and shall permit independent monitoring of compliance with such principles.
