Amended and Restated License Agreement. Concurrently with the execution of this Amended and Restated Research Agreement, Codexis and Shell shall enter into the Amended and Restated License Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule C, appended to and made part of this Amended and Restated Research Agreement.
Amended and Restated License Agreement. Each of the parties shall execute and deliver the Amended and Restated License Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A;
Amended and Restated License Agreement. This Amended and Restated License Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated December 10, 2010 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) is made by and between GlaxoSmithKline LLC, formerly known as SmithKline Xxxxxxx Corporation (“GSK”), a Delaware limited liability company, and Unigene Laboratories, Inc. (“Unigene”), a Delaware corporation (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
Amended and Restated License Agreement. SatCon and the Company shall have executed and delivered the Amended and Restated License Agreement.
Amended and Restated License Agreement. THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated the 13th day of November, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Kyosei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“KYOSEI”), a Japanese corporation having its principal place of business at 0-00-00 Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 000-0000, Xxxxx and IMCOR Pharmaceutical Co. (“IMCOR”), a Nevada corporation having its principal place of business at X.X. Xxx 0000, Xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx of America. (collectively the “Parties” and each the “Party”)
Amended and Restated License Agreement. The License Agreement has been amended and modified in the form of the Amended and Restated License Agreement and shall become effective on the Effective Date as well. The Transition Fee is due in partial consideration for the modified terms in the Amended and Restated License Agreement. All Solar Intellectual Property, training and proprietary information provided by Solar or its employees under this Agreement or as part of the Transaction shall be covered under and subject to the terms of the Amended and Restated License Agreement and the Nondisclosure Agreement attached thereto.
Amended and Restated License Agreement. 4.1Following effectiveness of this Direct Agreement, the Company and the Contracting Party shall be permitted to formally amend and restate the Assigned Agreement solely to reflect the Amendments. For the avoidance of doubt, each of the Amendments shall be deemed effective as of the date of this Direct Agreement.
Amended and Restated License Agreement. This Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated License Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made as of December 13, 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between NET Power, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NP”), and 8 Rivers Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“8 Rivers”).
Amended and Restated License Agreement. The Seller shall cause Q-Med and Newco to enter into the Amended and Restated License Agreement prior to the Closing.
Amended and Restated License Agreement. Q-Med and Newco shall have entered into the Amended and Restated License Agreement prior to Closing, in a form satisfactory to the Purchaser, and the Amended and Restated License Agreement shall not have been further amended, modified or supplemented subsequent thereto and shall be in full force and effect as of the Closing.
