Amending an Established Maintenance Strategy. An Owner may apply to the City to amend an existing Maintenance Plan and Funding Strategy. Any amendment is subject to approval by the General Manager, Planning and Development, and if deemed necessary by the General Manager, Planning and Development, the Heritage Advisory Commission.
