Amendment of Applications. Project Owner agrees to amend its applications before the FAA, listed on Attachment A, by incorporating this agreement into each of those applications within 5 days of the execution of this agreement.
Amendment of Applications. Project Owner agrees to amend its applications before the FAA, listed on Attachment A, by incorporation of this agreement into each of those applications through the procedure outlined in 3.D.1.
Amendment of Applications. The Parties will submit this agreement as an amendment to their respective acquisition applications to jointly request conveyance of a separate parcel of the ABMS to each Party with the terms and conditions described in this agreement. Except for the amendments explicitly or implicitly made by this agreement, the provisions in the Parties’ original applications remain unaffected. Except for the 86 wind turbines listed in Attachment A that have received Determinations of No Hazard from the FAA, Project Owner agrees to amend its applications before the FAA, listed on Attachment A, by incorporating this agreement into each of those applications within 5 days of the execution of this agreement.
