Separate Parcel definition

Separate Parcel means a Real Estate Asset that is a single, legally --------------- subdivided, separately zoned parcel that can be legally transferred or conveyed separate and distinct from any other Real Estate Asset without benefit of any other Real Estate Asset.
Separate Parcel means a Real Property Asset that is a single, legally subdivided, separately zoned parcel that can be legally transferred or conveyed separate and distinct from any other Real Property Asset without benefit of any other Real Property Asset.

  • In the event that a Separate Parcel that originally formed a part of a Unencumbered Asset Pool Property is to be sold or transferred, the value of the remaining portion of the Unencumbered Asset Pool Property will be determined by Administrative Agent at the time of sale or transfer in its sole discretion.

  • Sale of an Unencumbered Asset Pool Property (or any Separate Parcel that originally formed a part of a Unencumbered Asset Pool Property) in violation of this Section 2.10 shall constitute an Event of Default.

Related to Separate Parcel

  • Separate property means all rights and interests in property of any kind, including contingent interests, owned by each party on the effective date of this agreement. The term "Separate Property", as used in this agreement, is further defined below.

  • Separate Business means each of the activities of the Licensee connected

"Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Subsidiary REMIC Interest Any one of the Subsidiary REMIC Interests or the SR-A-R Interest.

  • Subsidiary REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Residential Dwelling Any one of the following: (i) a detached one-family dwelling, (ii) a detached two- to four-family dwelling, (iii) a one-family dwelling unit in a Xxxxxx Xxx eligible condominium project, (iv) a manufactured home, or (v) a detached one-family dwelling in a planned unit development, none of which is a co-operative or mobile home.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Real Property Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest then owned by any Loan Party in any real property.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.

  • Treated wood means any wood that has been chemically treated (e.g. to enhance or alter the performance of the original wood). Treatments may include penetrating oils, tar oil preservatives, water-borne preservatives, organic-based preservatives, boron and organo-metallic based preservatives, boron and halogenated flame retardants and surface treatments (including paint and venner).

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Cooperative Unit A single family dwelling located in a Cooperative Property.

  • Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;

  • Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls,

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.
