AMENDMENT OF BIDDING DOCUMENT. 10.1 At any time prior to the bid due date, BCPL may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective bidder, modify the bidding documents. 10.2 The amendment will be notified to all prospective bidders through proper medium and will be binding on them. 10.3 In order to afford prospective bidders, reasonable time in which to take the amendment into account in preparing their bids, BCPL may, at its discretion, extend the bid due date.
