Amendment of Project Scope Sample Clauses

Amendment of Project Scope. No material amendment to the scope of the Project shall be permitted without the prior written approval of MassDevelopment in its sole discretion. MassDevelopment shall be notified of any material changes in the Budget of which it has not previously been advised. In no event will MassDevelopment approve changes to the scope of the Project which require any increase in the Grant Amount.
