Amendment or Cancellation Procedure. The Parties may mutually agree to amend or cancel this Agreement in whole or in part. As required by Belmont Zoning Ordinance Section 28.10, any amendment to or cancellation of this Agreement may be made only if the City follows the same procedures prescribed by Government Code 65864 et seq. and those procedures prescribed in Section 28 of the Belmont Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 360 as amended) for entering into a new development agreement, including but not limited to public hearings before the Belmont Planning Commission and City Council and adoption of the amendment or cancellation by ordinance.
