Amendment or Extension of Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time during the term of the New License, and extended with or without amendments for the term(s) of any annual license(s) that may be issued after the foregoing New License has expired, with the unanimous agreement of all Parties. Any amendment or extension of this Agreement shall be in writing and executed by all Parties. As appropriate, the Parties will submit a statement to FERC in support of the amendment or extension.

  • Amendment and Termination of Agreement (a) We may amend any provision of this Agreement by giving you written notice of the amendment. Either party to this Agreement may terminate the Agreement without cause by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days' written notice of its intention to terminate.
