Amendment to Annex A. Annex A to the Credit Agreement is hereby -------------------- amended by deleting such Annex A in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof Annex A hereto.
Amendment to Annex A. Annex A to the Original Indenture is amended as follows:
(a) The definition of “Additional Series” or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

(a) adding the following new definitions to read as follows:
Amendment to Annex A. Annex A of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following defined term in its appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Annex A. Annex A of the Agreement shall be and it hereby is amended in it entirety by substituting Annex A attached hereto.
Amendment to Annex A. (i) Annex A to the Agreement is hereby amended to add the following definition in the proper alphabetical sequence:
Amendment to Annex A. Annex A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth in Annex A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
Amendment to Annex A. ANNEX A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Amendment Effective Date by deleting the definition of "AGGREGATE REVOLVING CREDIT COMMITMENT" in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following new definition to read as follows:
Amendment to Annex A. Effective as of the date hereof, Annex A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the phrase "the Minimum Borrowing Availability Reserve," from clause (c) of the definition of "Reserves" and replace it with the phrase "[Intentionally Deleted],".
Amendment to Annex A. Annex A to the Original Participation Agreement is amended as follows:
(i) The definition of “Class B Certificates” is amended by deleting the phrase “, if any,”.
