Amendment to Annex A. Effective as of the date hereof, Annex A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the phrase "the Minimum Borrowing Availability Reserve," from clause (c) of the definition of "Reserves" and replace it with the phrase "[Intentionally Deleted],".
