Amendment to Article II to the Existing CAA. SUBPART 4.1.1 The last sentence of Section 2.3 of the Existing CAA is hereby amended by deleting the words "One Hundred Thirty Million Dollars" and replacing them with "the Total Project Cost". SUBPART 4.1.2 Clause (h) of Section 2.6 of the Existing CAA is hereby amended by inserting the words "or the installation of the Equipment" following the words "Construction of the Facility". SUBPART 4.1.3 Clause (i) of Section 2.6 of the Existing CAA is hereby amended by inserting the words "and the Equipment" following the word "Facility".
