Common use of Amendment to Contract Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Contract. For the purposes of the Contract in addition to the provisions of DEFCON 503 and DEFCON 606 the following shall apply: 4.1 Any technical or other proposal from the Contractor, which would involve an amendment to the Contract, including the Schedule of Requirements, shall be submitted in writing to the Authority for consideration. If the Authority agrees, these proposals shall be promulgated by formal Contract amendment issued by the Dstl Commercial Officer identified in the Appendix to Contract.
