NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. 11.01 The Company agrees that there will be no lockout during the term of this Agreement.
11.02 The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no strike, slowdown or other stoppage of work or interference with production and will advise its members of this responsibility.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. The Association agrees that neither the Association nor any of the employees covered by this Agreement will instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in or condone any strike, slowdown, concerted stoppage of work, or any other intentional interruption of the operations of the Board regardless of the reason for so doing during the term of this Agreement.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK l9.l Neither the Council nor any teacher will instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in, or condone any strike, slowdown, picketing, boycott or concerted stoppage of work, or any other intentional interruption of the operation of the District.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement, neither Teachers’ Council nor any educator covered by this Agreement shall instigate, promote, or participate in any strike or other concerted stoppage of work. Teachers’ Council shall not be held responsible for actions of individual educators.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement the Association, its officers and representatives, and all Teachers covered by this Agreement will not instigate, promote, or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, slowdown or other concerted interruption of the operation of District #204 regardless of the reasons for so doing. It is agreed that in the event of any such unauthorized action as described above, the Association shall, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of notice thereof, address a letter to the Board notifying the Board that the action of the teacher or Association agents is unauthorized.
15.01 Eligibility
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor any employee covered by this Agreement shall instigate, promote or participate in any strike, sympathy strike or other concerted stoppage of work. The Union shall not be held responsible for actions of individual employees in which it has not participated, instigated or promoted.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of the Agreement and in return for the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, neither the Association nor any mid-manager covered by this Agreement shall instigate, promote, or engage in, anystrike, or any other similar intentional concerted interruption of operation (i.e. "blue flu") against Triton College. The Board agrees it will not bring any action for damages against the Association for any strike, or any other similar intentional concerted interruption of operations against Triton College which the Association does not instigate, engage in, or promote. The Board shall not engage in any lockout of any mid-manager covered by this Agreement during the term of this Agreement.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement neither the Union nor any officers, agents, or any members covered by this Agreement will instigate, promote, sponsor, or engage in any strike, concerted slowdown, concerted stoppage of work, picketing or any other intentional interruption of the operation of the City. During the term of this Agreement, the City will not lockout the members covered by this Agreement as a result of a labor dispute with the Union. Nothing in this Article shall infringe upon the constitutional rights of either party.
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement, neither the MVCCSSA nor any employee shall engage in or encourage, sanction, or condone any strike, slowdown, concerted stoppage of work or other action which interrupts or interferes with the operations of the College. In the event that any employee or group of employees covered by this Agreement shall, participate or engage in any of the activities herein prohibited, the MVCCSSA agrees, immediately upon being notified by the College (Board), to direct such employees or group of employees to cease such activity and resume work at once. Any employee(s) who violate the provision of this section may be disciplined by the Board (College).
NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. Neither the Union nor any of the faculty members covered by this Agreement will instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in, or condone any strike, slowdown, concerted stoppage of work, or any other intentional interruption of the operations of Prairie State College regardless of the reason for so doing. Any or all faculty members who violate any of the provisions of this Article may be discharged or otherwise disciplined by the Board.
