Common use of Amendment to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedules. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding Schedule 1.01(d) thereto, substantially in the form attached as Annex A hereto.

Amendment to Schedules. The Schedule 7.05(i) to the Restated Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding Schedule 1.01(d) thereto, substantially and restated in its entirety to be in the form of Schedule 1 attached as Annex A hereto.
