Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Subsection 11.6(h) in its entirety and replacing it with “(h) [Reserved];”.

Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph at the end of such Section to read as follows: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Administrative Agent (and, if applicable, the Borrower) may, without the consent of any Lender, enter into amendments or modifications to this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents or to enter into additional Credit Documents in order to implement any Benchmark Replacement or any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes or otherwise effectuate the terms of Section 3.7(b) in accordance with the terms of Section 3.7(b).
Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6 of the Collaboration Agreement is amended to add the following to the end of such section: “Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 11.6, the Parties agree that [ * ] shall be the designated Party for [ * ] that are part of the Co-Development Plan, subject to the treatment of Co-Development Costs as set forth in Section 11.7.”
Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6 is amended to delete the vesting of the options based on the percentage by which EBITDA for the Contingent Period exceeds the Target Amount. All 1,500,000 options are available immediately for allocation to certain iPrint employees. The price of these options will be the fair market value of the stock on the day this agreement is signed.
Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 1.16 of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Amendment to Section 11.6. In Section 11.6(b) and Section 11.6(c) of the Loan Agreement, the references to the amount $10,000,000 are amended and restated to be references to the amount $5,000,000.
Amendment to Section 11.6. Section 11.6 of the LLC Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following sentence at the end of that Section: Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 11.6 shall be construed as limiting or modifying the applicability or requirements of Section 6.1(c) or Section 6.1(d).
