Contingent Period definition

Contingent Period means the period immediately following a system outage periodthat is a direct result of:
Contingent Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7(c).

  • The amount of the Contingent Payments payable to the Company with respect to each such twelve-month period (each, a "Contingent Period") shall be calculated based upon the earnings before interest, taxes and amortization ("EBITA") achieved by the Contingent Payment Business (as hereinafter defined) during such Contingent Period.

More Definitions of Contingent Period

Contingent Period means the 18 month period immediately following the Closing Date.
Contingent Period has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6.
