Amendment to Termination Date. The defined term “Termination Date” is hereby defined to mean on or prior to 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on [ ], 2029.
Amendment to Termination Date. The phrase “Void After November 13, 2023” on the face of each Warrant is hereby amended to read as follows: “Void After November 13, 2025”.
Amendment to Termination Date. In order to reflect a change in the termination date of the Merger Agreement, Section 7.1(e) of the Merger Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Amendment to Termination Date. The first paragraph of the Original Warrants are hereby amended such that the “Termination Date” is February [●], 2029.
Amendment to Termination Date. The definition “Termination Date” in the preamble to the Warrant is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read: “January 4, 2023”
Amendment to Termination Date. The Original Warrant is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “June 30, 2024” in the definition of “Termination Date” in the initial paragraph thereof and inserting a reference to “December 31, 2024” in its place.
Amendment to Termination Date. Section 12.01(b)(i) of the Agreement is hereby amended to delete the reference therein to "January 19, 2018" and insert in its place "January 26, 2018".
Amendment to Termination Date. Section 8.1(b)(ii) of the Merger Agreement shall be replaced in its entirety with the following: “the Closing has not occurred on or before November 15, 2020 (subject to Sections 8.1(b)(i) and 10.13), the “Termination Date”), unless any Parent Party’s failure to comply with its obligations hereunder has resulted in the Closing not occurring on or before such date;”
Amendment to Termination Date. The Company and the Holder hereby consent and agree that the Termination Date of each of the 2021 Warrant and 2022 Warrant shall now be the fifth anniversary of the date hereof.
