Amendment to Termination Date. The defined term “Termination Date” in the Original Warrant is hereby defined to mean on or prior to 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on [ ], 202[ ].
Amendment to Termination Date. The phrase “Void After November 13, 2023” on the face of each Warrant is hereby amended to read as follows: “Void After November 13, 2025”.
Amendment to Termination Date. In order to reflect a change in the termination date of the Merger Agreement, Section 7.1(e) of the Merger Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
