Common use of Amendments and Alterations Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Alterations. 29.1 This Agreement contains the full and complete understanding between the parties with reference to the subject matter and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings whether written or oral pertaining to the subject matter and cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by both parties.
