Amendments and attachments to this agreement a) This agreement may be amended by any document that expressly states that it amends the agreement and is executed by the Secretaries of DNR and DOT. Both agencies shall include the most recent version of this agreement on their website. DOT shall maintain hyperlinks to this agreement in the DOT Facilities Development Manual. Both agencies shall also maintain copies of all amendments to the agreement per the conditions included in their agency’s Records Retention and Disposition Authorization.
