Amendments to Schematic Design Documents Approvals. Vertical Developers may apply to the Agency for an amendment to a Schematic Design Documents in accordance with the standards and procedures for a Schematic Design Documents Application. All proposed amendments to Schematic Design Documents shall be subject to review and Approval by the Agency Executive Director, unless the Agency Executive Director determines that the proposed amendment is material, in which case the Agency Commission Authority Board shall take action on the proposed amendment in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in Section VII.B.7.2.
