Amendments to Construction Documents Approvals. Vertical Developer may apply to the Agency and DBI for an amendment to Construction Documents consistent with the Applicable City Regulations. All proposed amendments to the Construction Documents shall be reviewed and considered by DBI and the Agency Director in the manner and to the extent set forth in Section VII.D; provided that: (i) proposed amendments that materially amend the Schematic Design Documents shall be reviewed under the standards and procedures applicable to Schematic Design Documents in Section VII.B; and (ii) proposed amendments that materially extend the Schedule of Performance for Completion of the Units on an Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Lot or Stand-Alone Workforce Lot shall be reviewed under the standards and procedures applicable to Major Phase Applications in Section III.B.
