Amendments to Construction Documents Approvals. Vertical Developer may apply to the Agency and DBI for an amendment to Construction Documents consistent with the Applicable City Regulations. All proposed amendments to the Construction Documents shall be reviewed and considered by DBI and the Agency Director in the manner and to the extent set forth in Section VII.D; provided that: (i) proposed amendments that materially amend the Schematic Design Documents shall be reviewed under the standards and procedures applicable to Schematic Design Documents in Section VII.B; and (ii) proposed amendments that materially extend the Schedule of Performance for Completion of the Units on an Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Lot or Stand-Alone Workforce Lot shall be reviewed under the standards and procedures applicable to Major Phase Applications in Section III.B.

  • Construction Documents The architectural and engineering documents setting forth the design for the Project prepared by the Design Professional. Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval.   • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:
